friendly staff outdoor area
The staff proved very friendly and available! i received an upgrade to a suite free of charge. It was unexpected but so appreciated. the room included a nice outdoor area. It was a great addition for relaxation.
The breakfast standards were not high. I expected more from a four stars hotel. the room also had several external lights, which hindered sleeping. it would be great to improve this for light-sensitive guests.

spacious room comfortable bed accessible location
I stayed at this hotel for four nights. My room was spacious, and the bed felt very comfortable. Stylish furniture and fittings equipped the room very well. I used the pool area in the late afternoon. The hotel's accessible location is admirable, being a peaceful sanctuary set within the heart of the city.

The location of the hotel is very accessible, awesome for easy exploration of the surrounding area. I found it easy to get to local attractions and amenities from the hotel. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
